2nd International Workshop on
ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF LITIGATION
Torino (Italy) – Campus Luigi Einaudi

June 29-30 2015

Objectives of the workshop: the aim of this meeting is to bring together economists and
lawyers to discuss the problem of courts’ functioning and efficiency. Theoretical papers as well
as empirical studies of justice systems and judicial decision-making are welcome.

Topics – the organizing committee encourages submissions especially in the following topics:

- Judicial Performance
- Courts’ Organization
- Judicial Decision-Making
- Litigation Process
- Comparative Judicial Systems


A selection of presented papers will be published in a special issue of the European Journal of Law and Economics.
